Great way to end 2022, trip to the beach just to watch the waves, have lunch away from the compound, and pick up some fish for New Years Eve dinner. We went to The Station on Kings, Sue wasn’t feeling that great so she just had seltzer with some bread and butter. I had the grilled cheese on Sour dough bread, with apples and caramelized onions with cheddar Cheese. Sandwich was very good, ate half at the beach and had the other half for dinner. The menu has changed and some of our favorites have sadly been dropped from the menu. we had cup cakes for desert, they were ok but not as good as Sweet Melissa’s. So in the future we will have the sandwich and get desert when we get back to Middletown. We can not go to the beach area without a stop at The Lewes Fish House, We picked up Flounder and Crab for New Years Eve And we always get their Sword Fish. All and all a very pleasant trip to the beach in December.
